How I become a Doctor:
I joined my diploma in Acupuncture at the age of 12 even though I didn't had the minimum eligibility but by cracking the IQ tests conducted by the American University.

Not only a simple diploma, by the grace of my Guru Dr.Baabu Charles, I even completed my doctorate of Acupuncture at the age of 17, a record. The research works I did on Cancer made it possible. I simply concluded that the modern lifesyle and allopathy is the reason for cancers.

As a Doctor:

From the collective knowledge from my guru's Dr.Baabu Charles & Dr.Fazlur Rahman who is the Father of Indian Acupuncture, I formed a basic life cycle to be followed in routine life Panchaboothas... Allopathy can never understand this because it never relate the body with mind and soul, where only eastern treatments can do.

I have 5 years of experience as a visiting doctor in A.G.Cosmic Clinic,Salem. and will continue to support and give free guidance for the cancer patients till my life.
Conference @ IIT - Kanpur
As a Civil Engineering Student:

I chosen Civil engineering in Sona College of Technology. Because it is my ambition in life. By the year 2009 I got "Excellent Academic Performance Award" from my college. By the year 2010, I got selected as one of the top 60 students of civil engineering among India by IIT-Kanpur for a technological cum physical training camp named "Summer Camp 2010". I got so many experience there. By the year 2011, My project got selected in "Summer Fellowship Program" @ IIT-Madras. Consequently I visited IIT-Delhi and IIT-Bombay too.

Bar Bending Schedule

Bar Bending Schedule

Introduction:

Bar bending schedule is made by engineers/supervisors in site from the detailed reinforcement drawings received from the structural consultants.

It is for the exact quantity calculations as well the uneducated bar benders can understand only BBS and not the reinforcement drawings given by the structural consultants.

bar cutting by bar bender

Also it helps in steel wastage because of proper planning.
Typical Reinforcement Drawing

Typical BBS Schedule

Manual BBS:
Need to be expert in all the formulas. Manual bending and machine bending the formulas will vary.

Basic Formulaes

Master Formulaes and Shape Codes

BBS Softwares

There are two types of software are available in the industry.
i) Fully automatic software which has the ability to generate BBS directly from AutoCAD drawing.
Go to the following websites for these types of software.
http://www.rgsrebar.com/rebar.aspx
http://www.ensoftindia.com/prod_barbeque.htm
http://www.eigen-tech.com/cs.html
http://www.steelpac.co.uk/design/steelpac_rdm.html
http://www.cadsglobal.com

Software Interface
ii) Semi automatic software which needs manual input, and the program automatically calculates the cutting length and weight and generate a picture of the shape.
Go to the following websites for these types of software.
http://www.BendingSchedule.com
http://www.continuousbeamanalysis.com

For both types of software “shape code” is used to identify different types bend profiles.
These are the international standard shape codes:
India- IS2502:1999
UK- BS8666:2005
US- ACI-318
Australia- AS3600
New Zealand- NZS3101
South Africa- SABS-82:1997

Marking with total station

Marking is the process of establishing temporary frames of references, so as to use them to complete a given activity according to its dimensional and positional requirements
        Marking helps in maintaining
       Dimensional accuracy
       Nullifying or minimizing errors

Price of total station is starting from one lakh rupess varies upto 10lakhs based on features and accuracy.

We recommend SOKKIA for optimal usage.,

First step we need to take permanent benchmarks and transfer it to the site.
Then TBM(Temporary Bench Mark) need to be established in the site.
There co-ordinates (longitude and lattitude) with GPS device need to be marked down. From there as a reference, we need minimum two back sight which co-ordinates are known.

So instrument can  be setup and new points can be marked now.(i.e foresight)
