- Poster presentation is a technical presentation in which the poster should explain most of the things rather than you.
- The Posters should have the ratio of 40%graphics, 30%text & 30%empty space.
- The text should be readable from a distance of at least 2m
- Contrast colors should not be used
- Posters are not just images, they should convey the technical information
- Generally We should say our over-all matter within 3-5mins then we need to answer for the queries. (totally 10mins for each poster)
- The size may be A3(smaller size,more clarity) or A1(larger-can be taken on flux,less clarity) based on requirements
- To avoid less clarity in flux instead you can take two A3 size posters and place one below other

- How to make posters:
- Just open a single slide of MS-Power Point and right click layout in left tab set blank
- Design> Page setup> A3or A1(select size of poster)
- Then copy paste required images on the slide
- Insert> Text box > click on slide(where you want to insert text)
- File> Save As> Select .jpg format
- Take print out in Offset printers(A3size: Rs.30/- or Flux printers(A1 size:Rs.75/-)
- Buy some pins to pin it on the board
